Conventional ordinary infusion sets only have the basic function of infusion diversion and have many clinical hidden dangers. They cannot automatically cut off the liquid after the infusion is completed, which is extremely likely to cause air embolism due to air entering the pipeline and blockage caused by venous blood backflow and coagulation. The whole-process monitoring by medical staff, patients and their families is mandatory, which not only greatly increases the pressure of nursing work and occupies human resources of medical staff, but also easily causes medical safety risks due to human negligence and fatigue monitoring at night, serving as a long-standing pain point in clinical infusion. In view of the above industry shortcomings, our R&D team delves into fluid mechanics and medical material science, and innovatively adopts the microporous membrane surface tension liquid stop technology. Eliminating the defects of traditional floating ball liquid stop structures such as stalling, failure and poor adaptability, it realizes passive and accurate automatic liquid stop with pure physical structure without electricity or sensor induction.
The core liquid stop module of the product has passed thousands of fluid simulation tests and clinical adaptation verifications with a scientific and stable working principle. During infusion, the gravity of the liquid medicine and atmospheric pressure form a stable pressure difference to ensure the uniform and stable infusion of liquid medicine. When the liquid medicine is completely infused and the liquid level drops to the membrane surface of the filter, the surface tension effect of the special asymmetric microporous membrane will automatically balance the internal and external pressure of the pipeline, instantly block the passage of liquid flow and air, and accurately realize three core protections: automatic liquid stop after infusion completion, air entry prevention and blood backflow prevention. Compared with traditional products, our automatic stop infusion set features higher liquid stop sensitivity and lower residual liquid volume. It is not affected by the viscosity, composition and infusion speed of liquid medicine, and is compatible with most clinically used infusions including glucose solution, normal saline, antibiotics and nutrient solution.
In terms of production technology and quality control, we strictly comply with the ISO13485 medical device quality management system and implement aseptic production in a 100,000-class clean workshop. We select brand-new medical-grade environmentally friendly materials and provide DEHP-free formulas as optional configurations. The materials are non-toxic, harmless and highly compatible, avoiding material precipitation, skin irritation and allergic reactions. Equipped with an integrated precision liquid medicine filtering structure, the product can effectively intercept insoluble particles and impurities in liquid medicine, reduce the incidence of adverse infusion reactions and further improve infusion safety. In addition, it is compatible with conventional clinical infusion stands, infusion needles and infusion equipment without the need to renovate existing medical processes.
